"It was a great experience at Etna. Our waiter Mai was very attentive and caring, making sure everything was perfect throughout our breakfast. The atmosphere in the morning is so peaceful and cozy that it is difficult to leave. The soft morning light, relaxed setting, and calm energy make it an ideal place to start the day. Our breakfast was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful way to begin the morning. Great food, a lovely ambiance, and truly excellent service from Mai made our visit memorable. We would definitely recommend Etna to anyone looking for a relaxed and high-quality breakfast experience in Phuket."

"The most beautiful restaurant in Phuket, with stunning design and a terrace overlooking a picturesque lake. A wide and delicious menu with creative presentations, European-level service, and a cozy atmosphere. For families with children, there is a large kids’ playroom. Definitely recommended"

"Unexpectedly intriguing restaurant with a fantastic interior and atmosphere and an impressive (for Phukett especially) wine list. Very elegant greeting at the door, choice of seats offered. Service attentive. Food took slightly longer to arrive. Food was good but could have been fantastic like the atmosphere. Presentation was great Cauliflower with truffle was an original. Salad with beetroot good but not original. Tuna tartar and Salmon crudo with orange were definitely noteworthy. Overall I had a rather pleasant evening dinner served by a very warm, attentive and welcoming staff. At the end of our dinner we were offered to choose Wednesday night mystery box and as luck has it we picked the box with a 50% off the bill which is absolutely amazing. Thank you Maria for making our evening memorable. We will return soon."

"The location is excellent very convenient and easy to get to. The atmosphere is amazing, and the restaurant offers several zones to choose from. There’s a kids’ club room, as well as a VIP area for those who prefer more privacy. In the main hall, the signature red tables add a unique touch and are perfect for hosting parties or birthday celebrations with a large group. There are also lakeside tables with a beautiful view, making it a great spot for content lovers who want to capture stunning photos from different angles. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and make you feel truly welcome. Overall, everything was wonderful. I’ll definitely be coming back again!"

"Chanced upon this resto on TikTok and glad I visited! Interior were chic, loved the glass main hall. There was a live dj and saxophone playing! Food was perfection, good recommendation from the service staff! I love their cauliflower w truffle and beef w mash potato the most. Wide selection of wine and cocktail as well."

"We visited this restaurant to celebrate a friend’s birthday and International Women’s Day, as we heard the venue positions itself as a high-standard concept with a special program for the evening. The atmosphere and entertainment (music and host) were actually quite enjoyable. However, the service throughout the evening felt somewhat disorganized. We waited quite a while before anyone approached our table, and when dishes arrived the staff often had to ask who had ordered what, which felt unusual for a restaurant of this level. The food was generally fine but not particularly memorable considering the price point. One of the tartare dishes also had a rather unusual presentation. Overall, the evening had a nice festive atmosphere, but the service and overall experience did not quite match the expectations created by the restaurant’s positioning. This was simply our personal experience."
